i still think VIPS need to wait for further announcements. coz i believe THAT IT WILL. KOREAN registrations ARE ALWAYS THE PRIORITY. IBJs registration was announced DAYS-WEEK AFTER THE ANNOUNCEMENT for KBJS. IF after then, if VIP4 is not really going to open up for IVIPS, make sure that once you SIGN the petition, YOU WILL DEFINITELY join the fanclub if heeded. it is easy to say WE WANT THIS TO OPEN UP; it is easy gather 5k; hell VIPs CAN do more than that, but talk is cheap. joining and paying $50 to register is not as easy. MAKE SURE YOU MEAN IT, as to not disappoint YGE if ever for expecting too much from the petition.
